Payment Policy

All transactions for product (physical only), classes, or rental purchases on this website, you will be required to pay at the bare minimum 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the price of the product(s) you are purchasing. When the order is received by us, we immediately get the process started in creation of your purchase. This includes the purchase of all materials need to make your item great. Therefore, you will have FIVE 5 DAYS to cancel your order. Where upon cancelation, we will make consideration on your refund of your deposit. If, no refund is forth coming we will respond with an explanation.

Reasonable refund requests includes:

• Death of the person ordering the product or immediate family member
• Fraudulent chargers

If you purchase the incorrect product and want to switch your order, we will do the process within our system and the remaining payment, if any will be adjusted. Any detail added after the payment of the product maybe subject to additional fees.
